KEEPS GETTING BETTER
Embrace keeps getting better! They include payment for meds, accept credit card payments without a surcharge, have lessening deductibles when no claims presented, pay the veterinarians exam fee and more. The claims process is "faster than my ex"...insurance company that is! I transferred coverage of all of my dogs from another bogusly high rated insurer that doesnt pay the vets visit or ER fee and outsources to the Phillipines.. LOOK, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE, AND A WARM EMBRACE AS OPPOSED TO A COLD SHOULDER!

Simple Claim and Reimbursement
Our dog has environmental allergies and needs daily medication and annual lab tests. Her vet visits can get quite expensive each year and her daily medication really starts to add up. We are extremely thankful that we have Healthy paws. Healthy paws has a very simple claim submission form and reimbursement. We have not had any problems getting our dog's medications and lab tests reimbursed. Thank you Healthy Paws!

We've had Healthy Paws for 6+ years now…
We've had Healthy Paws for 6+ years now and they've exceeded our expectations for covering our two miniature dachshunds, Frieda & Dori. The claims process is very convenient using their online process. I chose them after researching several companies preferring their annual deductible, no claim caps and excellent reputation. They've covered Dori's surgery to remove a mass in her abdomen, ultrasounds to monitor the surgical site and a bladder lesion we inadvertently discovered (likely Transitional Cell Carcinoma that we successfully treated holistically - gone now) and acupuncture treatments. More recently, Frieda had a gall bladder mucocele (clogged) and pancreatitis that required emergency veterinary care. The surgery was successful and Frieda is happy at home now after a week in the emergency hospital. Healthy Paws was great and covered the expenses (90% in our case after exam co-pays). It gave us confidence to know we could focus on Frieda’s health and have Healthy Paws on board to help her and us through this crisis.

Great Service/Great Coverage
I am a veterinary technician and I always recommend pet insurance to my clients with new puppies or kittens. I have dealt with numerous pet insurance companies through work and have never come across nicer representatives or support staff than PetPartners. I recommend PetPartners to my clients whenever they ask for recommendations. I am lucky that my two cats are healthy and that I work for an amazing veterinarian who gives staff discounts but I feel better knowing my pets are covered if anything drastic happens and I have to take them to emergency where I may not be so lucky with pricing. I always tell my clients that insurance is all based on what you want or need from it and who much you are willing to pay per month or per year. The coverage my cats are getting is definitely worth the cost.

An Unexpected Approval!!!
Quick processing of claims. Always friendly and helpful when I call. Have provided information that I didn't expect. I mistakenly submitted the wrong invoice with a claim. When I called to advise that I had made a mistake and would submit the proper invoice, I was told that they could potentially help my oldest dog with joint supplements- which was the invoice I mistakenly submitted. They took it from there - called my vet to verify and approved this new claim. So nice and so helpful!!!

Quick payments but exams NEVER covered
The claim process is straightforward and the claim was paid very quickly. However, I still find it odd that examination fees are not covered when done as part of emergency care. I understand that routine check ups are excluded but every emergency situation requires an examination by a Vet and to exclude this cost 100% of the time seems illogical and unfair.
