I was So afraid that my first claims, for my dog's major ACL surgery, would be difficult to get through, but it was so easy!! The representatives were super helpful and my claims were paid in a timely matter. I'm so happy that I chose Trupanion for my pet's protection.

Wonderful Experience!
I was very impressed with how Trupanion handled my claim. I literally had to do nothing and Trupanion covered most of the costs of my dog's surgery. It was my first claim and I was under the impression that I'd have to pay upfront and then try and claim the money back later, but this was not the case at all and I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. You're the best!!!

Helpful client service reps
My veterinarian didn't complete claim as I was lead to believe. Called Trupanion and a very nice rep told me the options available. This was my first claim and it has been satisfactorily taken care of. The rep expressed concern for my pet.
