Pets Best is a scam
Pets Best is a scam. They don't process claims in a timely manner. They deny claims based on false statements and documentation. I'm taking them to court. Do not do business with this company.

So grateful for healthy paws!
We have had a wonderful experience with Healthy Paws. The process is super simple and easy to understand unlike pet insurance I've used in the past. My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and not having to stress about the cost of her treatment has been a dream come true. She's responding well to the chemo and we are so happy to get more time with her.

Hiccup with Online Claim Submission
Claim submitted online, but for some reason, the invoice from vet was not received by Trupanion, and I was asked to resubmit by email. No feedback as to what went wrong with the online submission, but the claim was processed promptly after that hiccup, as per usual.

Thankful customer!
Everyone told me to sign up for pet insurance when I was making the decision to adopt a puppy a couple months ago. After shopping around and hearing great things from mutual friends, I decided to go with Healthy Paws. Their monthly premium seemed manageable and coverage was described as fair and thorough. Flash forward to a month and a half into owning my sweet new pup, and we suffered our first major freak accident. He wound up getting bounced from ER to vet to ultimately needing emergency eye surgery, and less than 24 hours later, we were faced with a $7,500 bill to save his poor little eye. Luckily I had opted in for the insurance when I first got him, and since our grace period was over, we qualified for the full coverage offered for such a sudden damaging accident. I wound up paying a fraction of what I would have, and was able to upload my bill invoices quickly and easily with their super intuitive app through my phone. I am above and beyond thankful for Healthy Paws and couldn't ask for a better coverage during such a stressful time for me and my pet. They are quick, caring, personable, available, and efficient. I highly recommend them to any and all pet owners!! We are thrilled to be a party of the Healthy Paws family.
