Not much relief to the pocketbook.

Although the process is seamless, I have started to question the value and what actually gets covered. Jake has recurring bowel issues for which we get minimal assistance with our coverage. I suppose if I don't do the math of premium x 96 months then its not a concern. It would be nice however to feel at ease knowing jake is covered AND we will not be out of pocket. Out last claim covered just over 10 percent of the cost. Doesnt seem fair. I suppose under a 10000 dollar claim we would hopefully realize more benefit.
