It would be nice to have a detailed statement of the provider's cost what insurance covered and the customer's portion.
It would be nice to have a detailed statement of the provider's cost, what insurance covered, and the customer's portion. Right now, I have no idea what portion of a surgery, for example, was covered and what was not. Something similar to an EOB we (people) get from our health insurance companies.
