Not much is covered
As much as my deductible is low. You don't cover most services and do not pay enough to make it worth it. Stuck with the insurance as long as my pup was with me but will choose other coverage and recommend other as well.

customer service was not nice didn't matter who I spoke to.
customer service was not nice, didn't matter who I spoke to. also, incredibly expensive compared to other plans and when I called to see if there was a way to lower my monthly fee, she actually laughed and told me it was going way UP because I had moved from CA to FL. Told me it was "my fault" for moving to the most expensive place for pet insurance in the country. uh, yeah - -I'm OUT.

We did a plan last year, we know everything that covers and not, but when we used something that should be cover and we call them because they did not accept and always give us excuses, we are so unhappy with the services because we already spent a lot of money and they never cover. So upset the service, to be honest.
