Filing a claim is as easy as sending an email! You almost immediately receive confirmation and another notification of payment within a couple of days! Nothing could be easier or faster unless they gave you a blank check! An excellent way to handle claims!!!!

Trupanion - Well worth the money
The claim was handled promptly and money was reimbursed within several days of submitting the claim. Was going to get the procedure done to figure out what has been wrong with my dog regardless of what was reimbursed and was very happy claim was approved and reaffirmed the need to have pet insurance and to get it from a credible reliable insurer.

Trupanion set the new standard in pet care, without their services my German Shepherd of 8 years old would not be here today. I believe it is imperative that anybody with a pet inquires and maintains a consistent policy for the life of their pet (i.e.family member ). When a claim is submitted, Trupanion responds immediately - letting you know they are reviewing it. You also receive a second notice indicating how much you will receive and the reasons, if any, that part of your claim is not covered. Actually an amazing company. Thank you!!!
