Pricing.
Pricing. I was told it would only go up if prices of clinics went up and was told that wouldnt be often. There has been a price increase, EVERY SINGLE year since i signed up. I might has well of gone to a different insurance company that would have at least covered more. That said, your employees are always awesome.

Submitting claims is fast and easy. Trupanion is quick to process claims and clear with communication. I am very happy that we have insurance. It has put our minds (and pocketbook) more at ease since we have a dog with a chronic condition who was well then wasn't.
