MetLife is a great pet insurance option. The claims process is straightforward and the web app and online website is easy to navigate and submit claims. The turn around time to process claims is fast.

Please pay attention before you join.
I have had more trouble with this insurance companies customer service than any service. They love to get paid every month but when it's time for a payout from them, they claim it's preexisting when in fact it was not! $2100 vet bill! My vet and I had to submit paperwork to dispute the claim and as proof that it was not preexisting! Just know they will give you a lot less than you bargained for. Still awaiting a decision.
