Phenomenal Service
My senior dogs have several different health conditions each. It is easy to file a claim using the online and mobile forms and upload the pictures of the receipts/invoices. The communication from Trupanion is also helpful, as there is a notification email when the claim is received and also when it is paid out and direct deposited into my checking account (or applied to the deductible). I also loved the new feature that asked me if I wanted to get text alerts, which was also helpful.

Ridiculous deductible program
Pretty much every visit to the vet is a new deductible even when it is related to a previous visit. There is no pay back to the insured since everything is a new condition. The only way you pay is if it's catastrophic and one visit. It's a horrible policy but it's too late for me to change policies.
