Outstanding Customer Service!
The customer service group are amazing, always so friendly and willing to really listen to the issues. It feels like they want to resolve this just as much as the caller. I submitted some claims that went back as far as 2015 and they were processed with no issues at all. The claims are processed quickly and efficiently. This is why I always recommend Trupanion.
