THE BEST PET INSURANCE EVER!
Had a senior kitty with kidney & thyroid problems who needed regular vet check ups, blood tests & medication. ASPCA covered these as per the policy. Customer Service was always welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. It was easy to submit claims on line & check their status. Direct deposit of the insurance reimbursement into my checking account was most convenient.Have had significant experience with other pet insurance companies who are just large corporate entities with bare bones services to the consumer whose ONLY goal is to increase profits. They are as rude & obnoxious as people's health insurance companies. My kitty passed recently & right afterwards I received a call from Schellie from ASPCA Insurance. She called to see how I was doing after the loss. She was genuinely warm, caring & sincere. We shared our love for animals & she affirmed how difficult losing a pet can be. Her call lifted my spirits in a special way & am very grateful that she reached out. I really hope that in the future ASPCA does not cut corners & become as impersonal & money grubbing as most insurance companies.

30-40 Days for Pet's Best to Service a Claim (That's what they just told me!!)
1. Pathetic Amount of time to reimburse for claims. Today I submitted a simple claim and the web page says it will take 30-40 days to settle the claim. WHAT??!! This isn't rocket science folks! 2. I know Pets Best doesn't care (it's obvious) but we had to pay this bill up-front. And the Pet's Best reimbursement 'team' doesn't seem to be in any rush to get us reimbursed for legitimate claims! Sad. 3. Ironically, Pet's Best is OK sitting on my reimbursement BUT THEY ARE SMOKING FAST COLLECTING MY MONTHLY FEES!! THEY ARE NEVER A MINUTE LATE. 4. Sadly, the only positive claims about Pets Best is that they are A GREAT PLACE TO WORK, OVER MANY YEARS. I guess it would be a great place to work if I could sit on claims for 30-40 days (their number, not mine!).

Best Pet Insurance I've ever had for my dogs!
Without a doubt, Figo is the best pet insurance I've ever had for my dog. I've had a number of other pet insurance policies throughout the years, but none come close to Figo. Also, their customer service is second to none. I have four dogs, I started out with only one on the policy and now all four are insured with Figo. You can't put a price on the peace of mind that you get knowing that your pets are protected. I've had two claims in the last couple of years for one of my dogs and the whole process was so easy, they helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions and helped me complete the claims quickly. Their customer service is prompt and efficient and they are always happy to help. I received the insurance reimbursement check very quickly. I highly recommend Figo. In my opinion, it is the best pet insurance company out there.

I got Trupanion insurance for my dog…
I got Trupanion insurance for my dog and cat when we first adopted them, almost 10 years ago. Didn't have to use insurance to the point I almost cancelled it. Our cat developed lymphoma and has been able to get treatment because of insurance. My fuzzy, big dog developed inoperable bladder cancer at age 8 1/2 and without this insurance he wouldn't be here for all the treatments he had for it because we couldn't have afforded it. They have been great in paying 90% and quickly. Sadly though he almost made it to 10 yrs. old, but was taken my a massive stroke from a cardiac embolism. Nothing related to his cancer and Trupanion saw us through to the end.
