Claims take FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased insurance in May, just paid for my second premium which they happily take immediately on the day it’s due. However I’m going on week 4 of waiting for my $1,500 in claims to be paid🤬🤬 and that’s all I’m going to say about that. The vet pay direct, is unacceptable as my vet is saying well Petsbest is saying 30 days for them to get paid back for services and they can’t wait for that so they will need payment from us NOW. I need my money back!!! Ugh!!!!

When Leo was diagnosed with Leptospirosis and Acute Kidney Failure we were quickly able to call HP and ask if his dialysis would be covered. The help line was so amazingly quick and caring. They helped us remove the financial burden and focus on our puppies health.

Wonderful, quick reimbursements
We have two bloodhounds and a German shepherd! We invested in insurance for all three!! Healthy Paws has given us the opportunity to provide them with the best health care without hesitation! Filing a claim took me less then five minutes and reimbursements were received within 10 days!!! (Even with COVID) I can confidently recommend, and do, Healthy Paws to all who have fur babies!

Hugh premium increase after first year with
Very disappointed! After the first year of using Trupanion, and without any claims, they email to say the monthly premium will be increasing by $22! $240 a year. If I want to keep my monthly payments the same then the deductible will have to increase by $150. Totally unacceptable.

Best experience, I wish all insurances worked this way!
I love the way the online experience works. Just take a picture of your invoice and submit! For our dogs surgery we had to call customer service to make sure we would be covered. The representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. Surgery happened and within 2 weeks we had our check in the mail and a sweet follow up email asking how our dog was doing! I truly wish all insurance companies worked this well!

Hassle free claims service
When my puppy just under 6 months old unexpectedly cut his back leg open, trupanion was there for us! No hassle, and the vet was able to direct bill to them so it caused no extra work for us! Thank you to trupanion for being there for us and our puppy at times we need help the most! I highly recommend.

I have been doing business with you folks for 15 years, two Giant Schnauzers. You folks are the best of the best. I'am 75 years old, my current Giant will get me into my 80's. When he is gone I might get another just knowing you folks got my back.
