Excellent Company
I've had my dog insured with Pets Best for about 3 years now, and they've been terrific to deal with. My dog has had major surgery and many visits to the vets, and the claims and payment procedures for Pets Best are simple and easy. They are responsive to calls, and genuinely seem to care about the well-being of your pet when they're sick. I was with two previous companies I can't speak so nicely about, so take my word that Pets Best is the best.

We've only had great experiences with Figo for our dog over the last year! Our dog needed a large surgery for his back that they covered. His follow up care was covered too and our pup is as good as new. We are about to go on our second year with Figo and our rate has dropped! We received a cancellation letter that scared me but after calling Figo they explained that our policy is just going with a new underwriter and the price dropped way down.

Best insurance deal for my senior dogs out there
Just like with other insurance plans you have to read the fine print, consider all of the plan choices and make sure you pick the best plan for your circumstances. I was in a very difficult financial situation and my pet required medical attention that was extremely expensive. I was desperate. I wanted to save my pet and I felt like I won the lottery with the affordable coverage plan that I was approved for. Also the staff is always professional and promo. Thanks to Figo insurance my senior pet is alive and well. I would highly recommend it.
