His voice was calm and he truly sounded like he wanted to help. He reviewed all of the claims and spoke to his supervisor. He then said that they would all now be applied to the deductible. I was so happy that someone finally acknowledged what I have been trying to convey. The only thing that would have been better is if they sent me an updated statement with the current deductible remaining on my dogs condition. I was beginning to think that Trupanion was not as fantastic as it had been when I signed up many years ago. But once Jason answered my call and looked into the situation, taking time by explaining the process. I felt much better thinking that they truly did care about their customers and their pets well being.
