Great Insurance. No hasels and very fair.
I now have 2 Rottweilers and for the first time ever I decided to get insurance when I got my puppy. I went through ASPCA Pet Health who uses United States Fire Insurance. They have been wonderful. No hasseles and easy to work with. I highly recommend them .

Claims are easy to complete
Claims are easy to complete. Processing takes a few weeks and reimbursement is directly deposited in my checking. Paper EOB is mailed to my home so it's easy to keep my records up to date. Whenever I have called in, customer service representatives are pleasant and helpful. They always ask about my pet and make us feel like valued clients.

Fast and very easy.
I'm very pleased with Figo. Filing a claim on the app is extremely easy and doesn't require you going somewhere to fax it. That's the best part. They processed my claims in one day, and I received my refund in my bank account 2 days later. I would definitely recommend Figo. I've had other dog insurances, and this is by far the fastest and most efficient !
