I'm so grateful for Trupanion and the compassion demonstrated by this company. My 15-year-old cat passed away last week after an extended illness where he progressively worsened. I'm very grateful for the medical care that he was able to receive during that period knowing that I had the insurance coverage through Trupanion. All of the medical claims were quickly processed, and after my cat's passing, I received a kind message from Trupanion with their condolences. I have been a customer for 15+ years, and they continue to impress me and earn my business with every interaction. I love how this company operates and treats their customers.

They have been a huge support tool this past year as both of our dogs experienced massive shifts in their health very unexpectedly. One with IVDD the other with mysterious liver issues. Trupanion has lived up to their committed support for the layers of lab work, diagnostic tests, and all the stuff that follows from that. We always joked we could budget for the monthly payment, but not for unexpected costs... turns out that was true!

Fetch Pet Insurance Sold a Bill of Goods
When I adoped my cat I was told at the shelter by sales rep Austin Keckler that if I got the policy that the pre-existing conditons would be covered. Kitty had a limp that needed X-ray. Claim denied as pre-existing. I only signed up based on what Mr. Keckler said. Bad enough I had to sit through a sales pitch in order to adopt but then to be bold faced lied to about the policy makes it worse.
