I came with a bunch of questions and situations.
I came with a bunch of questions and situations. He answers all of them to my satisfaction. I'm a very analytical person so I go through everything with a fine tooth comb. He didn't get frustrated and was very please to call me back when I needed some time to think about which plan I wanted. I left with the $0 plan and the extra care on top. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Bonus that he explained my vet was a partner vet. I also didn't know there was any insurance plan that I didn't pay first, will be recommending to anyone.
