Waste of money!
This company is a total scam. They will look for any excuse to deny a claim. Worse, they'll make you jump through multiple hoops, fill out multiple papers/forms, only to ultimately deny the claim. We had to go through our vet to file an appeal, which was of course denied. If you read consumer affairs you will see many of the same reviews. Response: Trupanion has said we can call them to discuss the claim. Sadly, we've already spent extensive time on the phone with Trupanion trying to get this issue addressed. Claim denied.

Why so long for reimbursements lately?
Wow...I have always appreciated Pet’s Best for their efficient and timely reimbursements. Gosh, my last claim was reimbursed over a month later. Thanks for asking. I work at a Veterinary Practice and we encourage feed back. If we don’t know what’s broke we can’t fix it. Thank you

Excellent coverage
I bought this insurance because I knew bulldogs are known for having a few medical problems. My sweet girl was perfectly healthy until about 6 years. When I finally needed Trupanion, they were there to help. They made it so easy and were very helpful. I know if I ever need them again, they will be there for us.

Healthy Paws is the most caring insurance company there is they are quick to review and pay all elegible claims in a timely manner. They even ask about your pet after a major illness. I would recommend to anyone Who really wants caring service.

My clinic are the ones that handle my claims that part is great.
My clinic are the ones that handle my claims, that part is great. I just don't like deductible on a per issue basis. This is something that was not made clear when first signing up my dog and by the time I was actually putting claims through my dog was too old to sign up for new insurance.
