Had to Appeal Same Condition Twice
I am tired of having to get my vet to appeal my dog's allergy claims repeatedly. I've been denied large amounts of coverage funds for several months over an issue we already appealed and won a year or so ago but have had to appeal and win a second time for the same condition. I do not want to go through this again.

Usually excellent, but not this time
I am still waiting for a resolution of the claim in question, as the original resolution was incorrect, and not accepted by me. I was notified that '� they were on it'�, but I have yet to hear back. Faster response time is needed in situations like this.
