Easy and quick!
Upon submitting a claim/receipt, I received an immediate response that the claim was in process. The total process took two days for reimbursement! Couldn't have been any easier and fast service.

The worst
Rescued a dog to find out she had a mammory tumor. Got Pet's best as insurance to cover but they wouldn't cover a single thing since this was a "preexisting condition." Which means we are getting punished for rescuing a dog and trying to get her healthy. THE WORST SCAM ARTISTS. These people do not care about pets, just the money.

When we rescued our GSD 7 years ago, our vet recommended Trupanion pet insurance. We'd never previously had insurance for our dogs, but we decided to give it a try. It was an AWESOME decision. Their customer service is terrific, filing a claim is a breeze, reimbursements quickly come directly to my bank, and they always provide the promised coverage. LOVE these guys!!!

It just take a little too long for claim to get processed in my opinion but very easy to file the claim.

Trupanion does have your animal’s best interest at heart. The rules stand true and they don't try to pull one over on you. Response to claims time is fast! Get your animal signed up the second you bring him/her home!
