Great insurance
I have been using this insurance for almost 4 years. During this time period, I have been taken care of whenever I called or had an issue. Any claims I have submitted, has been taken care of without any questions. They are also great on doing follow up if your pet has done surgery.

Aging Pupper
Because I have a large, pure bred dog (typically prone to more health issues) , I obtained pet insurance for the first time, researching extensively and choosing Pets Best. Though I did not choose the highest plan, I am more than happy with the reimbursement I've received. The response time is good and on the one occasion that I needed to talk to customer service to provide them with more information, they were extremely personable and professional. Easy claim filing
My vet is the one who submits the claim, and I love the fact that I get an email stating they received the claim and will be processing. Then another email letting me know the claim has been processed along with the eob.
