Great insurance.
I am so thankful for Figo. They approved my claim within 24 hours of me submitting it, and saved me 1,000 dollars (of a 1300 dollar intestinal blockage surgery/treatment). I love the app and how everything is done through there, it is super easy to navigate and use. The downside is that you do have to pay off the bill before they will refund you. Luckily, my vet office offers in-house payment plans, so it wasn’t a huge deal for me but I can see how it would be an issue for some people. Also, the receptionist at my vet said they missed Figo’s initial call requesting medical history and were left with no contact info to get back to them. So I just asked them to email it to me, and I submitted it myself through the app.

Easy, transparent, affordable! Highly recommend!!!
The process for filing claims and getting reimbursed was smooth, easy, quick, and transparent. Read your policy: everything is explained clearly, and I always knew exactly how and for what I would be reimbursed. Highly recommend pet insurance for anyone with a pet - it is extremely affordable and when you need it, you will be glad you have it! I really liked the freedom to pick my plan deductible and co-insurance to meet our needs. I recommend Pets Best to everyone I know and will absolutely use Pets Best to insure any future furbabies!

THE BEST!!!
This isn’t my first review of Healthy Paws, but I just can’t say enough about the company. My 4 ½ year old Goldendoodle, Sailor, was recently hospitalized overnight for an intestinal problem, and we had to return to the ER Clinic the next night, and follow up with a visit to her regular veterinarian two days later. She had multiple x-rays, a catheter, sedation, and numerous medications, etc. and the total of all bills was approximately $ 3000. Healthy Paws processed my claims within 3 days and direct deposited my reimbursement immediately. They e-mailed me every step of the way, letting me know the progress of the claims, when they had completed processing the claims, and a final e-mail asking me how Sailor was, wishing her well, and sending her a hug! I LOVE this company! I have recommended Healthy Paws to many of my friends and to other “doodle” owners on Facebook. Great rates, impeccable customer service, and a group of people who truly care. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Great service, quick responses
We have been with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since 2014. Submitting the claims is so easy, and they are very quick at reviewing and processing the claim. The claim explanations have been very clear and easy to understand. When my dog had significant medical needs, a Healthy Paws even sent a personalized email to check in. That meant a lot!

Stay for the Customer Service
Watch your premium each year - Figo likes to play the price gouge game. That said, if you are dissatisfied, Figo will assign you an excellent customer service representative to help you assess your options and find what’s best for you. Filing a claim takes almost no time at all, and claims are processed scary fast. Overall, Figo is legit. My only criticism is that they need to pay closer attention to their underwriters and price gouging.
