Extremely Satisfied and Grateful
My 6 year old lab has been insured with Embrace since she was two months old. Recently a small bump that felt like an insect bite was diagnosed as a mast cell tumor that required surgery. Submitting the claim could not have been an easier, and it was reviewed and completed in 4 days. . My policy covered 80% of the appropriate expenses and because we have had the policy for so many years my deductible was reduced. I did quite a bit of research before selecting Embrace and I am really happy I did. I highly recommend this company

I wish my own health insurance was as good as my dog's! Figo has been a literal life saver and enhancer for my dog with Irritable Bowel Disease. Because of his policy, we have been able to seek treatment from some of the best vets out there, including Internal Med specialists and a vet nutritionist. With the support of his medical team, we have been able to manage his symptoms extremely effectively and he now rarely has flare ups. Don't know if we would ever be where we are today without the support of his medical team, which has only been financially possible because of Figo.

Trupanian is worthwhile pet insurance.
Trupanian has been great for both of my pets. My only complaint is that you won't change my account back to my name Loesha Donaldson. I have been the primary on this account since 2011, I added my daughter Chelan a few years later when I adopted her cat but needed help from her with payments. I do not understand why you made her the primary on the account without my permission and why you won't change the main contact on the account back to me. It's very frustrating and disrespectful to me when I was the person that started my pet insurance with you in the first place. Despite several attempts to have this rectified I continue to be addressed by my daughter's name. My name as the primary account holder should be reinstated at my request! Check your records back to 2011 and you would see that. I would like my name reinstated as the primary on the account and please stop referring to me by my daughter's name in your correspondence with me. My name is Loesha Donaldson and I would like to see my name once again on the account as the Primary. Please call me at 250 380 3099 to discuss.

My little shiatsu-Maltese was limping we took her to the vet and they diagnosed arthritis in her knee's along with tears to the tenons.

We put in our claim and the wheels we purchased for her where covered and she is now getting cartraphen shots monthly with 90% covered no problems everything went smooth as apposed to some human insurances.
