I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW GLAD I AM THAT I CONTINUED TO INSURE RAVEN . SOMETIMES PEOPLE THINK THAT BECAUSE THEIR DOG IS WELL THAT IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. NOT AT ALL. FIRST OF ALL BE THANKFUL YOUR PET IS WELL AND THEN THAT YOUR PREMIUMS ARE MOST LIKELY HELPING ANOTHER PET OWNER WHOSE DOG IS NOT WELL. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE DAY WILL COME --AND IT WILL-- WHEN YOUR DOG NEEDS HELP. I JUST SAY AFTER ALL THAT TIME IT'S MY TURN NOW. IF I DIDN'T HAVE TRUPANION I WOULD STILL FIND A WAY TO PAY FOR HER TREATMENT BUT BELIEVE ME HAVING TRUPANION IS A GODSEND. RAVEN IS 11 1/2 YEARS OLD, HAS CUSHING'S DISEASE WHICH REQUIRES VERY EXPENSIVE MEDICINE TO KEEP HER ALIVE AND WELL , SHE HAS OSTEOARTRITIS AND IS ON A VERY GOOD MEDICINE WHICH IS HELPING. AND CURRENTLY HAS A NON HEALING WOUND THAT WE ARE TREATING. SO YOU SEE ALL THOSE YEARS WITH TRUPANION H AVE PAID OFF AND I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT PET INSURANCE A SHOUT OUT FOR MY VET AND HIS STAFF TOO. THEY ARE THE BEST AND CARE FOR RAVEN AND ARE DETERMINED TO KEEP HER LIVING A QUALITY LIFE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU.

absolute garbage, weaseled out of a huge claim
What a waste of money. I paid for coverage for a year and a half to have them weasel out of a big claim. Pet insurance is the scam I was afraid of. Will never do it again.

Great coverage, great customer service.
I had Pet's Best for my older rescue dog for 4 years. They covered everything they said they would. Filing claims is incredibly easy, although reimbursement takes a bit, it always came. Their customer service was great, after I had to have my pet put down, they reimbursed the prorated premium. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend.

I just bought this plan
I just bought this plan. So far no problems. The only thing was after I applied the info said I would get an email for me to set up my password, I didn’t get one so I called and they told me what to do. Everything ok now.

For 6 yrs I have never had a dispute on any claim.
Having worked for veterinarians for40 years, I am so glad I chose Trupanion when I adopted my dog 6 yrs ago. He developed skin issues and am so happy to have insurance. Never had to dispute a claim with trupanion. I recommend this company To my friends.
