Getting Healthy Paws pet insurance for our Lab, Gibbs was one of the best decisions we ever made.
This was our fist time getting insurance for a pet. We did a lot of research, and decided Healthy Paws was the best choice. Our experience with them has exceeded our expectations! In the past three years, Gibbs has had two expensive surgeries due to problems with leg joints. Each time, the claims process has been incredibly easy. All we had to do is upload the invoice from our vet, and Healthy Paws took care of the rest! Their representatives even contacted us after each surgery to see how Gibbs was doing. And best of all, the whole process was incredibly fast from start to finish!

Excellent customer service
Vanessa was wonderful in her customer service and really getting as immediate action as she could for my dog’s condition. My only complaint with the company is that they can’t guarantee what will be covered, so that’s a bit stressful when you’re relying on the info to make a decision. Otherwise, making a claim is very fast and easy, and my first payment for what’s been covered so far came very quickly.

Saved my dog's life!
I could not be happier with Healthy Paws. My two dogs are covered, and our claims are always reimbursed within just a few days. It's very easy to submit invoices for reimbursement via the mobile app. The customer service is amazing, and I can tell that the staff are very caring. One of my dogs has cancer, and without Healthy Paws, he simply wouldn't still be here. We are so grateful.
