Well run claim handling
Except for requesting a copy of the paid invoice for my dog's visit to the animal hospital the handling of the claim went well. The veterinarian office sent in the claim and I assumed they sent the invoice although perhaps they didn't so that is likely why Trupanion made a request for the invoice.
