When I called to see what vets participate in your direct pay program I was given misinformation.
When I called to see what vets participate in your direct pay program I was given misinformation. The vet I was told in fact does not participate, and we had to pay out of pocket and file a reimbursement claim. Now we will be short on our rent and will need to pay a late fee. I dont appreciate being lied to. Nothing you do will make up for the anxiety you put us through.
