Fastest Insurance Claim Ever!

One of the employees at VCA Ragland & Riley filed the claim on the computer and within seconds the claim was processed. It was amazing how quickly and how easily everything went through. I was surprised and very satisfied with the results.

Mixed review

Their communication is excellent. They have an fast response to routine claims but when it comes to major claims the response is VERY slow. I submitted a claim on 8/6. It is now 8/23;and still have not gotten any refund even though most of the procedures had been covered before. This is not my first experience in waiting weeks for a refund.
