Aboslutely horrible company. They draw you in with their nice faces, their nice customer service, and with all the "we care for your pet when you can't." All lies. The moment I've had to put a claim through for the first time ever, they made it a living hell for me. I never had to provide so much information and go back and forth with my vet and trupanion over the phone. They're so incapable of doing it themselves they ask you to do it. And if you can't? It won't be covered. Horrible company, horrible customer service. They're only nice to you when you want to buy or ask questions. Once i bring a claim/appeal up, their tone instantly changes. Don't go with these people. Liars, scammers.
