No Search on web site
There is no way to search through the Community or Pet Corner areas of the web site. There is also no form or page to inform Pets Plus of the death of a covered pet.

No Brainer!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Healthy Paws. Once I adopted my cat, I knew that getting pet insurance was going to be a no brainer for me. I never wanted to be in position where I’d have to make difficult decisions based on financial circumstances, and Healthy Paws has provided me with peace of mind. After adopting my cat Lilly in 2016, I immediately enrolled her after an exam, which showed she was in optimal health for an adult cat of her age. But a year or so later she developed early onset kidney disease and requires extensive diagnostics on a yearly basis. My policy has covered everything that she's needed with the exception of exams and her specialized food. And while the bills pile up initially, I'm just so thankful knowing that when I see that initial total, I'm going to get back 90% of the cost. The process is hassle-free for me and my veterinarian. After the initial exam, there is no excessive paperwork or pre-approvals. It's as simple as uploading a PDF or photo of the invoice and waiting for the reimbursement check to come in the mail, which I’ve usually received within 7 to 10 days. I've only had two occasions where I've needed to contact customer service at Healthy Paws and both times I was met with courteous and knowledgeable representatives who answered my questions and concerns. I can't speak to everyone’s experience and circumstances, but if you read the fine print and know what your policy includes, then there should be no surprises.

Healthy Paws has been the best insurance I could have ever dreamed of.
My dog has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease affecting her eyes and it has been extremely challenging to manage multiple doctors, tests and drugs over the past 5 months! Healthy paws has made it easy for me and has taken a huge burden out of my back when dealing with all this!

I don't understand why you are asking for a review. All I did was buy insurance which will take effect soon. i have not yet had occasion to make a claim on the insurance. I hope it will get five stars if and when I access it.

Very easy to work with
Very easy to work with. My comments are about obtaining the coverage for your pet and not how the company responds to a claim. Easy to customize your coverage regarding deductible, payout percentage and maximum yearly payout. Wellness is offered in two options for a fair price. I'm truly pleased with my selection experience.
