I have been fortunate that we haven’t needed to use the insurance but it is on the lower side of pet insurance.

What works and what does not
I was happy to have $ deposited to my checking account after the vet sent records/invoices but no information was sent to me. As a result, I do not know which claim has been paid and which has not.
