Exceeded Expectations
Losing Javier was traumatic as he was only 7 years old. I was dreading dealing with insurance since losing him from cancer had me reeling. From the very first call to Trupanion to each interaction, I was impressed with the professionalism and compassion shown by all representatives. The claims process was so easy and straight forward. This definitely exceeded my expectation as I expected to have to "fight" for reimbursement. Thank you for making this dreaded task as easy as possible. The handwritten sympathy note was unexpected and much appreciated.
