Love Trupanion!!!
LOVE that my claims are processed in seconds—BEFORE I even leave the vet’s office! It’s also very comforting to know that they’re there 24/7! I never realized before that my pet is like a furry human and that vets practice human level medicine and dental, and have a human level lab and pharmacy on site! And, that my pet has the same “ologists” available as I do—from neurologist to oncologist and all the others. Trupanion and my vet help me sleep well knowing that my furry friend has the best care possible!

Somewhat disappointed
In the past more of my claim amounts were paid but now it seems like less and less is covered. I'm very disappointed and I'm seriously thinking about ending my association with Nationwide Pet Insurance.

Incredibly simple
Had an unexpected Emergency with our pup where he needed to be hospitalized when we were out of town with him. Very simple to submit the claim and no back and forth. Payout was done in less than 1 week. So glad I got pet insurance for our puppy.
