because I have had to reopen both my dog's case sent records twice and now again I am waiting to see if you will cover expenses to what for me seems logical.
because I have had to reopen both my dog's case, sent records twice and now again I am waiting to see if you will cover expenses to what for me, seems logical. I have worked on both insurance and medical boards so I know the process, but a customer should not have to keep having records sent, with no updates as this process continues.
