Screw up in communication caused us to doubt Pet Best, but they came thru 100 percent .
We received an e mail from Pet best insurance after make a claim which indicated that they were not going to cover our dogs newly diagnosed Addison’s Disease . This was totally wrong and Pet’s Best did in fact cover our dogs hospital and medication bills properly. I apologize for a bad review and Pet’s Best was great in covering our claim . Sorry for the screw up ! I would definitely recommend this pet insurance company . John F

I didn't think I would ever say that about an insurance company, but time and again you step up to do what an insurance company was originally designed to do. Yes you need to profit, but you also take care of your customers. And that is sadly a rarity in today's world. Thank you, and I hope you never change.
