Positive with one suggested improvement
Very positive. The company was efficient and timely with reimbursement.However, an improvment that needs to be made to the current system would be to reimburse the vet directly so that your customer would only need to pay the deductible and out of pocket amount to their vet.

While I understand deductibles need to be met it seems that with every claim I have ever submitted for any of my pets has been denied. I am beginning to consider cancelling this insurance as we keep paying monthly premiums and never getting a claim reimbursed.
