New insurance - so far so good!

So far so good! Sending in claims is much easier than Embrace. And the way the insurance works is a bit different. It seems like the processing/review/remediation part took a bit of time, but that may be my vet's response time. Not at all disappointed, in fact pretty happy!! I have a few more claims coming through since my dog is still sick, but I am inclined to move this rating up after I see how things continue to work. Thank you for the help!!
