Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.

Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do. Our dog Gabby got very sick and we paid our bills and send them to Healthy Paws and they are quick to respond sending you a check. They also are kind enough to check on Gabby. . If you are looking for insurance I recommend Healthy Paws.

It has taken over a month to hear…

It has taken over a month to hear anything from them. Still have not been reimbursed for paying up front at the vets. They were quick to take my payment out when I bought the plan for my dog but yet still haven't seen what good this insurance is. At this this time I'm not sure if we will renew the insurance plan.

Figo has great customer service.

Figo had great deal but changed underwriters - and now price has doubled, and co-pays are higher. I can't change insurors as our dog has pre-existing condition. Customer service has always been very good.

Trupanion Saved My Cat's Life!

Response time is exceptional and coverage is very comprehensive. When our pets get sick the coverage is not deleted or reduced. My Kramer has had health issues for most of his life. He is 13 now and was diagnosed with lymphoma at age 11. Before that it was irritable bowel disease. If I had not had pet insurance, I could not have afforded the specialized health care and medications necessary to treat his illnesses. My Kramer is thriving under his medical care, regardless of his underlying conditions.
