Trupanion, the best insurance and peace of mind.
My dog was diagnosed with cancer 2 yrs ago. Trupanion has always responded to my requests, rapidly, professionally, and with a caring attitude. I have been 100% happy with their service. It is a comfort to know that my dog is getting the best care forever.

This has been the best decision we have…
This has been the best decision we have made when we adopted our two dogs 10 yrs ago. As pets age issues arise. One of our pets was diagnosed with diabetes which generated thousands it vet bills and Trupanion was by our side all the way. Also, they reimburse a significant portion of on going medications and supplies needed to maintain our pets condition.

Couldn't Ask For a Better Insurance
Trupanion has been nothing but wonderful for me. I have a cat that has been diagnosed with nasal lymphoma. I was told I would have her for maybe six months as the tumor was so massive by the time it was discovered. I was told we could do a CHOP program with her, and that would shrink the tumor, but that was a 19 week program and anywhere between $400 and $500 a week. Without Tupanion there would have been no way I could afford the treatment. I have to say that the 19 week program has ended, and Trupanion being true to their word, paid 90% of her treatment. she still has the tumore, but it has shrunk and is more manageable. She is now on a maintenace drug which is still covered. She is doing so much better. I am so glad that they were able to help me so I could have her longer and continue to offer her a good quality of life. They may not pay for wellness, but they sure make up for it in sickness. A wonderful trade off.

Takes too long and changes to policy rules
Takes way to long to get a reimbursement. I used to refer the company to others but not anymore. When I sign up my next dog it will not be Pets Best. Used to be preexisting conditions were included but not if I change any part of my insurance on one of my girls it starts a whole new policy and preexisting conditions are not included. That is a rip off that you changed the policies even if I have been with you before they were healthy. Wow. What a reply.... REALLY?!! If you look at my claims that are much longer than projected. You have everything you need because my claims are not anything new for more than a year. The new management change has made things go from good to worse. Used to refer pets best to everyone. Should really think about your replies and customer service.

Healthy Paws is the best - saved me thousands of dollars, allowed me to get specialized vet care for my pup without $ worry!
I have three dogs, ages 5, 6, and 6 months; I've had Healthy Paws pet insurance for them since I got them - and time and again, it has proven to be a lifesaver (wallet-saver). One of the dogs has been a Healthy Paws frequent flyer - allergy issues, gastro problems early on, a chipped tooth and other weird dental issues; Healthy Paws has completed all of my claims quickly and with zero hassle. With this dog, I go through my deductible within a matter of months paying for his allergy medicine; the rest of they year, his premium and the allergy med cost basically balance each other out - and if he needs any other medical attention, he's covered. One of my other dogs never needed a claim in all his five years - until last month: in a freak accident playing with the puppy, he sheared his achilles in two. Several thousand dollars of surgery and post-operative care and a special custom-made orthotic brace later, he is beginning to be on the mend. Healthy Paws has reimbursed me 90% of the costs associated with this injury. I'm here to tell you - all it takes is one chronic medical issue like allergies, one chipped tooth, or one freak injury, and Healthy Paws will be worth every penny you paid in premiums.

Very happy to have this insurance
Unfortunately we have had to make many claims with Embrace, as our standard poodle, Max, has Addison's disease. It is a chronic illness that is easily treatable with daily pills and monthly injections. Embrace has been great at reimbursing us for our monthly shots. The portals are easy to use, both on my phone and on the computer. One of the things I like best is if I have to call them the customer service is excellent and the staff is super nice and helpful.

Rip off! Go with Pet Plan company
I have not received one dime on anything that I’ve sent in. They marked everything as pre-existing, even something that wasn’t. They offered a form to dispute that one, and have it re-evaluated. It isn’t worth my time. That’s only $50 out over $1000 that I submitted. Go with Pet Plan. I have that on my other dog, and no issues!

Trupanion has been terrific
Trupanion has been terrific, they have assisted us in taking care of what is now a 13 year old Westie, through an ACL tear and other issues. Their claim procedure is easy to follow and they have processed our claims promptly and fairly.

I'll recommend it for all!
Trupanion has been very helpful, at first the deduction process didn't make sense but now I have been with them awhile and having this for my pet has been extremely helpful. I thought it would be a scam like other programs but they came through and took care of my pets surgery and recovery needs for the healing process. Anyone who is on the fence about getting Trupanion, Let me tell you if your pet has a habit of getting into trouble IT IS 100000% WORTH IT!
