because I have had to reopen both my dog's case sent records twice and now again I am waiting to see if you will cover expenses to what for me seems logical.

I have worked on both insurance and medical boards so I know the process, but a customer should not have to keep having records sent, with no updates as this process continues.

My pup had an perianal fistula at age 2. After surgery to have it removed it came back a few months later. After treating it again surgically I checked into acupuncture as a preventative. It's been a year now and no fistula, thanks to acupuncture and Chinese medication. Trupanion has paid 90% of all expenses after my deductible was paid. The acupuncture and Chinese meds will be a life long preventative and it is covered. I am so thankful I made the decision to put insurance on my new pups. I work part time at a Veterinary clinic and I recommend Trupanion to all new pet owners. Fist
