Helped during very sad time
Whereas I did not cross my deductible before having pet put to sleep, I was grateful money was not going to be the deciding factor. Very kind people to work with at trupanion.

Fast and easy
Easy and fast claim process. Just upload a copy of the receipt and they will come back with explanation of items covered. Then wait for check in the mail. I've sent claims for my 10 yr old lab/pit mix, claims experience was pain free.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! 24/7 availability, coverage for the big issues, easy to talk to someone (that's not a given these days!), so thankful I kept my Trupanion policy up! Emergency vet hospital techs have said Trupanion has a great reputation. I know why.

Not happy with coverage
I wss not aware the 250 ded was per condition. I do not feel that is fair or right it should be yearly or maybe every 6 months since you get a premium every month

Best Pet Insurance EVER!
I can't say enough wonderful things about you, thank you for paying for Daisy's knee surgery and chemo. We lost her this week, but thanks to you we were able to do all we could to improve her quality of life. If we get another dog, we will definitely make sure we have Trupanion insurance!
