Easy process during emotional time
I cannot stress how easy it was to submit a claim. After my dog passed I was dreading the insurance claim process as my emotions were still raw. I was able to submit everything via their website. Healthy paws contacted the vet and retrieved all the records. Within two weeks I had a notice that my claim had been approved. After the check was sent I received a nice email from Healthy Paws expressing their condolences and letting me know my policy was cancelled. I didn’t have to do anything other than submit the initial paperwork. The process was very easy and very professional.

Healthy Paws has saved my dog more than once!
Due to Healthy Paws quick and east submittal process, I've was able to get my dog the surgery he needed to fit a broken leg after a freak accident. I never fear going to the vet when he is sick knowing that I have held covering his care. The customer service is amazing and the reimbursement checks are mailed quickly. I recommend Healthy paws to all pet parents!

SO happy I have Pet's Best!
I'm so incredibly happy I made the choice to insure my 2 guys with Pet's Best. The price for insuring them is very reasonable and, of course, everything is just fine with them, until it's not... I have only emergency care insurance, so when something is wrong it's very, very wrong. This was my first going through a true emergency (UT blockage for a 3 year old cat) and it was incredibly stressful and expensive. $2800 before they would even admit him. But he's my guy and he was in pain so there was nothing to think about - he was going to be treated! Post-incident, submitting the claim was very easy and looking at my bank account, I see that I've been reimbursed by Pet's Best. Half of the cost has come back to me. What a huge relief. In every way... Thank you Pet's Best. I'm so happy I made the choice to use you guys!

I have been with PetsBest for 4 years…
I have been with PetsBest for 4 years now and while they have been a good insurance company as far as coverage for my dog, recently, it seems that their customer service and length of time for claim reimbursement is getting increasingly longer. I've never had to wait over a month for a reimbursement until now. It's kind of a bummer. Also, my rates have increased significantly (reasoning being my dog is getting older), but it's quite a hike year to year.

Great customer service and fair pricing
I'm very impressed with Figo's customer service team and the overall interface experience in filing and submitting claims. We were searching for health insurance for our 9 year old dog, Tony, when we came across Figo. We liked the pricing structure and how the explanation of benefits was simple, so we went with it. The app an texting approach to contact customer service is fantastic, as you can get questions answered fairly quickly. We recently submitted a claim for Tony, and the whole process took less than 1 week! (including money in my bank). I highly recommend Figo to anyone considering affordable pet health insurance and great customer service.
