Staff are very helpful when you call and the customer service on the phone is very good.
Staff are very helpful when you call, and the customer service on the phone is very good. However, when my dog got an ear infection I had to appeal every claim that I put in as the system makes it very difficult to claim (in my experience) and I've had to get my vet involved in order to get their denial of my claim overturned. The appeals system is not quick! It took months to be processed.

We've had the policy for just over a year (since my pup was eight weeks old), and this was our first time using it. Everything was handled by our vet and Trupanion deposited the reimbursement into my account within a couple days. Very happy with this service! Thank you!
