Great service. Bad at communication.
The customer service with Trupanion is always great. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the claims and it was very difficult getting it sorted between hospital and Trupanion. Would have liked things to be simpler/easier/more efficient next time. Less hassle and less back and forth.

Came through exactly when I needed it
My dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor out of the blue. I'd only had Trupanion for a few months so I expected it would be difficult to get reimbursed for the cost of our dog's surgery and treatment.
