It is easy to work with Trupanion!! My vet sends my Bill's directly to Trupanion and within just a few days Trupanions portion is deposited directly into my bank account ?? no extra work on my part. The couple of times I did have a question it was easy to reach and speak to a representative and my questions were answered quickly. Everyone I have talk to was very professional and caring ?? I highly recommend Trupanion to any pet owner
