From start to first ALL of my experiences with Trupanion have been positive. This is my first dog and I just adopted her Nov 1st. My vet recommended Trupanion and I am so glad that I listened. Every customer service person is knowledgeable and caring. Each person speaks of my pet by name and understands and guides me through the process. I could not have made a better decision than to choose Trupanion.

Every employee has always been so kind to me!
Every employee has always been so kind to me! I just used the the live chat feature with Laura and she was patient and so caring. She actually told me she hoped my pet felt better.
