I felt like some of the answers to my questions weren't very clear and almost seemed scripted.
I felt like some of the answers to my questions weren't very clear and almost seemed scripted. He was helpful with some information but not straightforward with me. I'm thinking of considering Trupanion since if hasn't been very helpful and I continue to pay out of pocket for my pets expenses. So far I've gotten no real benefit and I'm paying insurance for nothing. They say they go off of symptoms not diagnosis so I just see the company trying to justify every time why they can't process a claim. For that I might well pay out of pocket if an actual emergency occurs or look for a better health insurance company. I would not recommend Trupanion to a friend or family member.

From start to first ALL of my experiences with Trupanion have been positive. This is my first dog and I just adopted her Nov 1st. My vet recommended Trupanion and I am so glad that I listened. Every customer service person is knowledgeable and caring. Each person speaks of my pet by name and understands and guides me through the process. I could not have made a better decision than to choose Trupanion.
