My dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor out of the blue. I'd only had Trupanion for a few months so I expected it would be difficult to get reimbursed for the cost of our dog's surgery and treatment. It has been taking forever to get a claim finished. You need to hire more agents. It used to take a week now it takes a month. If this continues I will move to another provider.
