once Trupanion receives invoice from vet, it is processed quickly and check sent out. It also covers most of the expense to the vet in our case as we signed up our cocker spaniel when she was 4 months old. Definitely worth a try.

Easy claim process
My first claim ever and the claim process was easy . So used to filing paper forms and snail mailing for insurance claims. This on line process worked well of phone scanning the invoice with claims payment straight to bank account .. Fast and easy!!
